Ashton Stark comes away impressed by previous success of Hogs’ staff

Another prospect who appears to be trending toward the Razorbacks of late is 3-star wide receiver Ashton Stark.
The 5-foot-9.5, 160 pound pass catcher is reportedly down to the Arkansas, Auburn and Kansas State as of last week.
“I love the new Arkansas coaching staff,”Stark tells HawgWired. “Coach [Ryan] Silverfield and everyone buys into to what they are building.
“The Razorbacks have a great group of people. But what surprised me was the production they were able to accomplish [offensively] at Memphis.”
Current commits such as 4-star Odaefe Oruru, Henry Frazier and running back Jeremiah Dent spent the weekend encouraging other visitors, including Stark, to buy into Silverfield’s “All In” message.
Potentially a late bloomer this cycle, Stark has fielded interest from schools across the country this spring.
Arkansas was his first Power Four offer in January, but teams such as Ole Miss, Texas Tech, Wake Forest, Cincinnati and Auburn came calling since then.
As a junior, Stark enjoyed an electric 2025 campaign that featured him as several different positions on each side of the football.
He recorded 56 receptions for 806 receiving yards along with 242 rushing yards for a combined 15 touchdowns.
Defensively, Stark also notched 37 tackles, five pass breakups, and four interceptions.
The Lutcher, Louisiana produce is the No. 852 ranked player in the country for 2027, No. 105 among wideouts and No. 24 among athletes in The Boot, according to 247Sports.
